Pacific Life Stories

Developed an ongoing video series highlighting employee stories. Directed interviews, filmed b-roll, and edited into compelling narratives thatalign with company values. Became a signature internal communications asset and Town Hall feature.

United Way Annual Giving Campaign

Directed and produced a 3-part series highlighting United Way’s ongoing partnership with Pacific Life. Blending heartfelt stories, dynamic visuals, and executive interviews to inspire employee participation and drive annual fundraising goals.

Workday Product Launch

Created a fun, story-driven video campaign to launch Pacific Life’s new Workday system. Blending humor, motion graphics, and visual effects, the series drove and boosted employee confidence and adoption during the implementation.

Visual Design and UX/UI

  • Code of Conduct Refresh

    Led the creative refresh of the Global Code of Conduct for Pacific Life, transforming a dense compliance document into an engaging, interactive, brand-aligned experience. The design played a key role in supporting the organization’s recognition as World’s Most Ethical Companies.

  • Interactive Touchscreen Kiosk

    Developed and Created an interactive UX/UI experience for company lobby kiosks, later featured by AppSpace as a model success story for intuitive design and positive user experience.

  • Activation Strategy Kit

    Partnered with Root part of Accenture to design an interactive, travel-themed “passport” to guide employees through a multi-phase activation strategy to drive engagement and align with enterprise goals.
